This website is hosted on the Tilda platform. The service provider is Tilda Platform Cloud Services Co. LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When you visit the website, Tilda automatically collects certain technical information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files), including:

  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address (shortened/anonymized where technically possible)

Because Tilda's service provider is registered outside the EU/EEA (United Arab Emirates), and data may additionally be processed via data center partners engaged by Tilda, this constitutes a transfer of personal data to a third country that does not benefit from an EU adequacy decision. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Tilda in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, and for all such transfers Tilda has put in place the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as an appropriate safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR.

4. Cookies

We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Mailchimp in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. As Mailchimp is a US company, data transfers are carried out on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as an appropriate safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR.

Logging of registration: The registration process is logged (time of sign-up and confirmation, IP address used) in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements.
Unsubscribing: You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email, or by sending an informal message to cattusaur@gmail.com . After unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted from the mailing list without delay, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use permitted by law, about which we inform you in this policy.

If you contact us by email, the information you provide (your email address and, where applicable, your name and message) will be stored in order to process your inquiry.
